At Macopa, each piece is thoughtfully crafted from upcycled materials. As part of our process, we take care to ensure every order meets our quality standards before it reaches you.
Order Processing
All orders are prepared and shipped only after payment has been successfully confirmed. Please allow up to 7 days for processing before your order is dispatched.
Shipping Methods & Delivery Times
We work with trusted local couriers to deliver your order as efficiently as possible:
Metro Manila
- Couriers: Lalamove, Ecomove, J&T, or LBC
- Estimated delivery time: 1–3 days after shipment
Luzon (outside Metro Manila)
- Couriers: J&T, JRS, or LBC
- Estimated delivery time: 2–3 days after shipment
Visayas
- Couriers: J&T, JRS, or LBC
- Estimated delivery time: 2–5 days after shipment
Mindanao
- Couriers: J&T, JRS, or LBC
- Estimated delivery time: 3–5 days after shipment

- Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on location, weather conditions, or courier delays
- Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a notification and the tracking details (if available) to monitor your delivery
- Shipping fees will be calculated at checkout based on your location
